The Sweet Shop
The sweet shop is fantastic,
The sweet shop is absolutely great,
Theres everything you could ever wish for,
In packets, jars and tins,
Feast your eyes on the bon-bons,
Feast your eyes on the mints,
Feast your eyes on the candy sticks,
Which come in red, white, blue and pink,
Theres chocolates in many different sizes,
And sweets in many different colours,
If only I could be like the others,
Who are lucky enough to queue,
Outside the big, red door every day,
Whereas I only get a view!
